Welcome! I’m Greg Szablewski, a licensed Realtor® dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate one of life’s biggest decisions—buying or selling a home. My real estate journey is rooted in service. After a 36-year career with the Milwaukee Police Department, I transitioned into real estate to continue serving my community in a new and meaningful way.

For over 20 years, my wife Dee and I worked side by side in Wisconsin real estate, exclusively representing homebuyers. During that time, we were honored as multi-year Milwaukee Magazine 5-Star Realtors, a testament to the trust we built with our clients and our commitment to providing outstanding service.

In 2022, we made the move to The Villages, Florida, and quickly embraced everything this vibrant 55+ community has to offer. After experiencing the Villages Lifestyle Visit and going through the “design and build” process ourselves, I gained invaluable insight into local builders, neighborhood amenities, and what makes each village – like Bradford, Richmond, and Citrus Grove – unique. Today, I use that firsthand knowledge to help clients buy, sell, or build their dream home in The Villages and surrounding Central Florida areas.

I’m proud to be part of Worth Clark Realty, a fast-growing, agent-owned brokerage with more than 1,400 agents nationwide and over 50 in our Florida division alone. Since joining, I’ve helped clients successfully close homes ranging from $270K to over $425K, and I remain committed to delivering top-tier service at every price point.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is serving as the sole Homes for Heroes Affiliate in The Villages. This program allows me to give back to military personnel, veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, and teachers by offering special savings and rewards when they buy or sell a home with me. As someone with a service background myself, it’s a program that hits close to home.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me enjoying all that Florida living has to offer: golf, pickleball, water volleyball, or cheering on the Milwaukee Brewers, Green Bay Packers, or Tampa Bay Rays. I’m also a big fan of professional tennis; Carlos Alcaraz is a favorite of mine.
